Splash! Summer Camp Policies

Enrollment

The Charlotte Academy of Music (CAM) Summer Camp Enrollment Form and acceptance of CAM Summer Camp Policies must be received in order for camp enrollment to be secured. CAM reserves the right to cancel any summer camp in which the minimum enrollment is not attained.

Fees

Summer Camps require a non-refundable deposit due at time of enrollment. The remaining camp tuition is due two weeks prior to the first day of camp. The last date to withdraw, and be eligible for tuition refund (excluding non-refundable deposit), is the evening prior to remaining camp tuition being withdrawn.

Discounts

Students who register by March 1, 2025 will receive an Early Bird Discount. Discount is applicable toward one or more activities within one family.

Student supervision

Campers should be dropped off no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of camp. Parents are expected to pick up their child immediately following the end of camp each day. All children under the age of 12 must be escorted into the Academy by a responsible adult. Charlotte Academy of Music is not responsible for the student before or after the duration of camp.

Food / Drink

Campers bringing lunch should note that no refrigerator will be accessible. Please keep this in mind when planning lunches for your camper.

Photo Release

Any photographs, audio, and videos of students/families at Charlotte Academy of Music facilities/events may be used in promotional publications, social media pages, and press releases. There will be no compensation for the release. However, parents may choose to exempt their students from media publications by notifying CAM in writing prior to or at the time of registration.

Tuition & Payment

A $50 deposit is due at time of enrollment and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is processed two weeks prior to the first day of camp.
All Camps must meet required enrollment minimum. If minimum is not met, all fees including deposit will be refunded.
