We are excited to host a food drive for Backpacks of Love during our Spirit Week! The mission of Backpacks of Love is to eliminate hunger in school-age local children by providing food for their weekends. Beginning on Sunday, September 8th at our Open House and continuing through the 15th, we will collect food that will be distributed to children experiencing food insecurity at three local elementary schools. Simply hop over to Harris Teeter during your child’s lesson to buy a few items. Dollar Tree also carries many of these food products. Bring in any of the following items listed below and place in the collection bin provided in our lobby. We greatly appreciate your help with this CAMcares food drive!
