February 27, 2015 – What can we say…Thank YOU! An overwhelming 74 coats were donated in our coat drive benefiting the Mecklenburg County Foster Adoptive Association via One Warm Coat. This past Wednesday we bagged up the coats and sent them to the association’s clothing closet. CAM families are the BEST! Thank you so much for your help in our One Warm Coat drive. You made a difference!
One Warm Coat’s mission is to provide anyone in need with a warm coat, free of charge. The organization started in 1992 with a Thanksgiving weekend coat drive at one location in San Francisco. Since then, One Warm Coat has grown to a national organization supporting over 3,000 coat drives each year.
