Payment & Fees

Students who enroll before March 1 receive a $25 discount.
The Summer Mainstage Production tuition is $495.
A $50 costume fee is due at time of enrollment and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is processed two weeks prior to the first day of rehearsals.
All productions must meet required enrollment minimum. If minimum is not met, all fees will be refunded.

The Charlotte Academy of Music (CAM) Summer Mainstage Production Enrollment Form and acceptance of CAM policies must be received in order for production enrollment to be secured. CAM reserves the right to cancel any production in which the minimum enrollment is not attained.

Fees

The Summer Mainstage Production requires a costume fee to be paid at the time of enrollment. This fee covers the camp t-shirt and costume pieces needed for the show and is non-refundable upon receipt. The remaining tuition is due two weeks prior to the first rehearsal. The last date to withdraw and be eligible for a tuition refund (excluding the costume fee) is May 12, 2025. Full refunds will be given in cases of insufficient enrollment that result in the cancellation of a production.

Attendance

All performers, whether leading role or ensemble, are an integral part of each production and performance. Summer Mainstage Productions in particular have a short rehearsal period. Therefore, each day of rehearsal is essential to the success of the show. If a cast member misses more than 1 day of rehearsal, or the final dress rehearsal, they may be unable to perform in the final production, per director’s discretion. Cast members must arrive each day on time, and no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of each rehearsal.

Dismissal

CAM reserves the right to dismiss any cast member due to frequent absences, disciplinary problems, overdue payments, and/or parent noncompliance with CAM policies.

Food / Drink

Cast members will bring a bag lunch to each rehearsal, noting that there will be no refrigeration available. Please keep this in mind when planning lunches for your camper. Cast members should also bring a refillable water bottle to each day.

Media Release

Any photographs, audio, and videos of students/families at Charlotte Academy of Music facilities/events may be used in promotional publications, social media pages, and press releases. There will be no compensation for the release. However, parents may choose to exempt their students from media publications by notifying CAM in writing prior to or at the time of registration.
