November, 2012 – One of our favorite programs to assist is the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots. This November our CAM families, teachers and staff generously donated an overwhelming amount of new toys in our toy drive. We wish to thank all of the Academy families and teachers who donated a gift in our Toys for Tots toy drive. With your help, we filled our 3 boxes and had enough to fill 3 more!!! Because of your kindness and generosity many children in our area will have a gift to open on Christmas morning. Thank you so much!
The objectives of Toys for Tots are to help less fortunate children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas; to play an active role in the development of one of our nation’s most valuable resources – our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause for three months each year during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign; and to contribute to better communities in the future.
